72-year-old chief refuses to sign maintenance summons

The Guruve chief Chipuriro (Clever Mashiki 72) allegedly refused to sign maintenance summons after he violated Maintenance Act.
According to state papers seen by Bulawayo24.com Chief Chipuriro failed to pay $70 maintenance per month to his wife Loice Vhareta.
Sources privy to the development allege Chipuriro refused to sign a court summon brought to him by a police officer.
"Chief Chipuriro refused to sign a court summon brought to him by a cop, but he is expected in Bindura court on 19 July 2017," revealed the source.
However, Chief Chipuriro could not be reached for comment up to the time of this writing.
