iZimbabwe signs a strategic partnership with Visions FM

Harare â€" iZimbabwe (owned and operated by Umuntu Media) and Visions FM have today announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement whereby the two media companies will develop and share content across their platforms.
The deal will enable iZimbabwe and Visions FM to cross-market their respective offerings with the purpose of delivering high-quality content to Zimbabwe and a global audience.
The digital and radio platforms will also provide an additional advertising and marketing arm for these two companies.
In November, Umuntu Media, which utilizes technology to build world-class digital platforms in Africa, launched www.izimbabwe.co.zw.
Commenting on the partnership, Johan Nel, Umuntu Media Chief Executive Officer, said:
"Umuntu Media is fast growing to become the leader in delivering digital media platforms across different African countries. Partnering with Visions FM will enable us to promote our brand on this very popular radio station in Zimbabwe. And also play our part when it comes to education and giving back to the community."
A unique result of this new collaboration is to develop locally relevant shows and assist in education of Digital as well Entrepreneurship.
The same sentiments were also echoed by the CEO of Visions FM, Steve Muzite, who expanded further by saying, "In these modern days with this partnership, it will benefit at most all our valued customers across the globe by making sure that they will have one stop place for entertainment, education and socialization. And also bearing in mind, the trends of vicious global dynamics of technologies only require such swift actions in order for us to prevail."
Visions FM was founded in April, 2011 on simple mission of improving the entertainment of those they serve and become their sole home of pure entertainment. It is Visions FM's focus and hopes to redefine the way broadcasting is provided in the entire universe.
