Chihuri a criminal and must be sent to prison

President Robert Mugabe has been accused of harbouring the a criminal in government in the name of Police Commissioner General Augustine Chihuri.
This was posted by Tonderai Bhanya on Facebook purportedly from a police officer who said Mugabe allowed Zimbabwe Republic Police to be run by a known thief who for many years had been stealing from junior police officers under his protection.
"Chihuri is a great thief and it is very sad to see how justice is being politicized in our country. How can Mugabe rush to push the police to compile Munangagwa's dockets ignoring complaint's of theft, criminal abuse of office, and corruption against the police chief, Chihuri," reads the post.
"Chihuri is taking millions of cash each year from the junior members of the police service through forced projects which are benefiting him and Mugabe's family. The issue of raffle tickets had been circulating around different newspapers, social media and even spilled into parliament but no action was taken only because Chihuri is G40."
"As a Zimbabwe Republic police junior member, i am putting it straight to the entire nation that we are supporting our sister force, ZNA for their effort to restore sanity in our beloved country. Chihuri , all police deputy commissioners, commissioners and senior assistant commissioners are running the organisation as their family shop, stealing from junior officers and personalising government resources," reads the post.
"Many police vehicles are being used as farm vehicles carrying tobacco bales and agricultural inputs for these criminals. The community is suffering because of poor community assistance by police because of these high rank officers who are abusing government resources. These bosses pay $70 instead of $350-00 to junior member for tollgate duties for two week duty at the tollgate. They are paying $80-00 to to junior member for Chiadzwa guard duties instead of $3000-00 for two month duty at the diamond field."
The post states that Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (Zec) is giving $480-00 for 16 day Biometric Voter Registration duty and the police bosses are giving their juniors $150-00. Propols for all provinces are conniving with Chihuri to steal this money.
"This did not start now, and Mugabe knows this. It is better to be suppressed by a white skin than my fellow Zimbabwean. The public now hate junior police officer who are walking around city centres wearing torn uniforms because the situation making them hate the police was created by Chihuri and Mugabe. We are urging every citizen of this country to have a role to ensure that sanity is restored and these thieves refund everything they stole before giving them marching orders," reads the post.
