President Emmerson Mnangagwa has denied allegations that there were killings, torture and rape allegations committed by members of the Zimbabwe Defense Forces.
In an interview with France24 in Ethiopia Mnangagwa said they have appealed to those victims to come forward and report to the nearest police station or church and only one single case has been in Chitungwiza.
Mnangagwa said the women who were paraded as rape victims were a make-up and they have been moved to United Kingdom. He challenged anyone with evidence to reveal these women victims for the world to see.
Concerning army killings Mnangagwa said, "We want to see evidence where the 17 persons were killed and were they were buried. We all see this on social media. Can their relatives come forward and give us the evidence."
