A 31-YEAR-OLD cattle heardman was dragged to court on Wednesday after he allegedly fondled a 15 year old girl's breast.
Virimai Chisuro pleaded not guilty to indecent assault charge before magistrate Samantha Dhlamini.
He was granted $20 000 bail.
The state led by Sheilla Kudzai Maribha alleged on November 17 Chisuro met the complainant in the bush.
He called the complainant but she did not respond.
Chisuro followed her and tipped her down before fondling her breasts several times.
The victim managed to bite Chisuro's finger and he let her flee since he was in pain.
After realizing his crime he tried to buy the minor's silence with US$10 but she refused.
The matter continues tomorrow (Monday).
