Boy (13) gets two strokes for raping girl

A 13 year old boy who grabbed and raped a girl younger than him has been ordered to receive two strokes administrated by a designed prison officer using a rattan cane.
The boy who can not be named for ethical reasons pleaded guilty to rape when he appeared before Hwange regional magistrate Dambudzo Malunga. Malunga convicted him and sentenced him to get two cuts and in addition he was given a two year suspended sentence for five years on condition of good behaviour.
When asked what he wanted to be in life he said he wanted to be a magistrate or police officer.
