It's Not Over There, It's Over Here!!!

Sometime ago i went outdoors with my students for a P.E lesson. We did different exercises and games at the playground and then returned to the classroom an hour later. When we got into the classroom a strange strong smell filled the classroom.
One hyperactive boy stood up and vowed to find the culprit responsible for the bad smell. The pupil was sure that someone had messed himself/herself, so he went around sniffing his peers hunting for the smelly student. I instructed the pupils to open the windows to let in fresh air cause the smell was really bad.
After some minutes one student noticed that there was something sticking around the shoe of this very vocal boy who was hunting for the smelly culprit. The hyperactive boy had stepped on some dog's mess.
Looking at real life situations, time and time again, over and over again we come across some hyperactive people who sniff around for people responsible for different problems, yet the very people talkative 'holier-than-thou' self-righteous figure-pointing critics are the actual trouble-makers. The blame game still remains in workplaces, ministry, relationships or marriages.
This world is full of men with smelly shoes who are enthusiastically, passionately but ignorantly witch-hunting for non-existing culprits. Before you blame your workmates, boss, leader or partner for anything, watch-out for your own possible smelly shoes. Sometimes the problem is not really over there, but over here! Constant self evaluation is very important!
