Chamisa's fantasy sanctions call to Joe Biden

According to a fantasy call that he shared in public, and which is captured on the attached video clip, Nelson Chamisa says, the next morning presumably after winning the election he swears by God that he's going to win even as the numbers tell a different story, he'll phone Joe Biden the next morning after winning the election to tell the US President:
"Mr Biden, we've done a deal."
Presumably, an Uncle Tom deal to reverse the land reform programme.
As part of the fantasy deal, Chamisa says, after his call with Biden, "investors from America will come back," to Zimbabwe.
Here are Chamisa's verbatim utterances on his strange fantasy call with Biden on a sanctions deal:
"ZanuPF think [sic.] the problem is sanctions. We genuinely believe that sanctions are a symptom. The problem is leadership. Once we tick the boxes of leadership, sanctions will go away. The next morning, I'm going to lift [sic] my phone and say Mr Biden we've done the deal, let's fix the country. Let's do business. Investors will come back from America."
Does Chamisa really believe that fantasising about fake conversations with US presidents is leadership? And, is he really serious that he wants to reduce dealing with sanctions in terms of his fantasies?
In the 2018 election campaign, Nelson Chamisa fantasised that he had met with Donald Trump during a visit to the US and that Trump promised him USD 15 billion for Zimbabwe if he won the election.
Chamisa's fantasy about a sanctions deal creates a can of worms for him, out of which two problems stand out.
First, it is futile for Chamisa to fantasise about a secret sanctions deal with Biden when the objectives of the unilateral coercive US sanctions measures against Zimbabwe are a well known and documented open secret.
There is no need for a fantasy.
When the US Congress amended Zdera in August 2018, it included this:
"SEC. 9. SENSE OF CONGRESS ON ENFORCEMENT OF SOUTHERN AFRI[1]CAN DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY TRIBUNAL RULINGS. It is the sense of Congress that the Government of Zimbabwe and the Southern African Development Community (referred to in this section as ‘‘SADC'') should enforce the SADC tribunal rulings issued between 2007 to 2010, including 18 disputes involving employment, commercial, and human rights cases surrounding dispossessed Zimbabwean commercial farmers and agricultural companies."
From this, it's hopeless for Chamisa to fantasise about sanctions as a symptom, when the US Congress has made it abundantly clear that the sanctions are in fact a coercive measure or foreign policy instrument to get not just Zimbabwe, but also Sadc to reverse Zimbabwe's land reform programme.
When Chamisa gets back to reality from his fantasy call with Biden, he will realise that, for Zdera sanctions to be lifted, the pound of flesh that the US seeks is the revival and implementation of the long vacated and buried, so-called Sadc Tribunal rulings, meant to reverse the gains of Zimbabwe's historic land reform programme.
Second, the fact that Chamisa is given to fantasies about being in conversations with the US President is embarrassing.
In the 2018 election campaign, he related a fake conversation that he fantasised, having had with Trump in the US, in which he said the then US President had pledged USD 15 billion to him for Zimbabwe.
Now Chamisa is fantasising about a phone call with President Biden over a "sanctions deal" under which US "investors will come back" to Zimbabwe.
But why does Chamisa - who says he wants to be Zimbabwe's head of state - do this, in public and at election time?
It's these strange US fantasies of his, that leave Chamisa open to the charge that he's a US puppet!
