The Zimbabwe Warriors have dropped 9 places on the FIFA World rankings released today.
The Warriors are now outside the world's top 100 teams.
Zimbabwe were ranked 92nd in the month of September, but are now on position 101.
The Warriors, who are not part of the teams battling for the 2015 Afcon finals, also dropped three places on their continental ranking, slumping from 24th to 27th position.
During the period under review, Zimbabwe took part in two international friendly encounters that were however not considered in the ranking calculations.
Zimbabwe's under 23 side crashed to a 1-0 loss to Botswana before overcoming Swaziland 2-0.
However, the results were insignificant to the FIFA rankings.
Meanwhile, world champions Germany maintained pole position despite suffering a 2-0 loss at the hands of Poland in the European qualifiers.
Argentina and Colombia clung onto second and third positions, with Belgium leapfrogging the Netherlands to assume fourth spot.
The Dutch fall follows a 2-0 loss to Iceland in the European Championships qualifiers on 13 October.
Back to back victories over Malawi have ensured Algeria remain Africa's number one ranked side.
Following in second are Cote d'Ivoire, while Tunisia lie on third place.
Cape Verde dislodged Ghana from 4th position moving three places up from seventh position.
Ghana are in fifth position while Egypt, Cameroon, Senegal, Nigeria and Togo complete Africa's top ten.
