Ex-wife assaulted in sex row

A Plumtree man, Thandolwenkosi Mabhena aged 22 severely assaulted his former wife for denying him sex on Christmas Day.
Mabhena wanted the sexually intercourse to be his Christmas present, a court heard.
Mabhena had met his ex-wife Sibusiso Ndlovu at Zimnyama Business Centre.
That was around 9pm.
According to reports, Mabhana dropped the idea on Ndlovu.
She denied.
The following day, still feeling the pain of not getting his present, Mabhena waylaid her former lover in the bush.
When he saw her, he kicked Ndlovu several times and punched her all over the body as punishment.
He was arrested after a police report was made.
He told magistrate Taurai Manwere that he was drunk when he assaulted Ndlovu.
He pleaded guilty to assault and fined $100.
