Rape accused faints in court

A suspected Gweru rapist, Ngqabutho Dube aged 27 fainted in court and rushed to hospital a he was accused of forcing himself onto a woman around 5 am in February.
Dube was facing rape charges and pleaded not guilty.
He was then remanded to 27 March.
The court heard that on February 7 at around 5 am Dube is said to have called his victim to his house to collect a parcel for her mother.
Dube came out of the house holding a parcel and when the unnamed victim reached for it, Dube grabbed her hand and dragged her into the house.
She screamed for help but Dube stuffed her mother with a vest, the court heard.
He the raped her once and then walked out afterwards.
However, the woman told her friend about the ordeal and was advised to notify her mother resulting in a police report being made.
Dube was arrested.
