Bulawayo City Council and Ethekwini Municipality bond growing strong

The Bulawayo City Council (BCC) and Ethekwini Municipality in Durban, South Africa, have strengthened their relations following the recent deployment of engineers from Ethekwini to assist in the rehabilitation of water and sewer infrastructure in Bulawayo. 
Ethekwini mayor Obed Mlaba was in Bulawayo last week where his counterpart hosted a dinner in his honour. 
The Bulawayo and Thekwini mayors signed a statement of intent in 2002 where they pledged to assist each other through technical exchange programmes.
