An Air Zimbabwe plane from Harare failed to land at Bulawayo's Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo (JMN) International Airport on Thursday morning due to bad weather.

The 8:15 am flight was forced to return to Harare after pilots said they could not land because of poor visibility caused by mist.

A fortnight ago an Air Zimbabwe plane from Rome, Italy with President Robert Mugabe on board failed to land in Harare due to mist and had to make a brief stopover at the JMN Airport.

The Thursday Bulawayo flight had reportedly been rescheduled to 10 am.
