An aspiring ZANU PF aspiring councillor in Mazowe South ward 28 Joshua Nyamuziwa has been fingered in the invasion of a grave site by a group of illegal miners at Mazowe Mine, Mashonaland Central.
Reliable sources told Bulawayo24.com that Chief Chiweshe is set to visit the place on Wednesday to address the issue which has left tongues wagging.
Nyamuziwa is accused of seeking votes in a desperate manner by dubiously legalising what is illegal.
"The aspiring councillor is desperately seeking for votes right now illegal miners have dug grave yard and human bones have been left exposed, police is now guarding the area until Wednesday when the Chief is expected to come," revealed the source.
"We are shell - shocked since we do not know wether this is just illegal panning or it is for ritual purposes."
Efforts to contact both Nyamuziwa and the police were futile up to the time of this writing.
