Norton Member of Parliament Temba Mliswa on Tuesday attacked Minister of Finance and Economic Development over his announcements that Zimbabwe has gained a a surplus in the past days.
Said Mliswa, "In Parliament yesterday, my specific question to Prof Mthuli Ncube was on why he declares a surplus when the country is facing these serious economic challenges."
