Angry ex-husband demands sex at knifepoint

A 33-YEAR-OLD Plumtree man is in trouble after he chased after his estranged wife with a kitchen knife in demand of sex.
The matter came to light at Plumtree magistrates courts yesterday where Bongani Dube appeared before magistrate Joshua Nembaware.
He pleaded not guilty and was remanded in custody to September 5 for trial.
The state alleged on August 21around 3am Dube went to his ex-wife Melody Moyo and forced her door open, the door was supported with a brick.
After gaining entry he demanded sex and was denied, the two wrestled and Moyo managed to flee.
She came back after two hours and found Dube inside the house.
Dube pulled a knife and chased after Moyo who ran for her dear life.
After failing to catch up with her Dube returned at Moyo's place and saw tracksuits and shoes before going away.
Total of the goods stolen is USD$50.
