President Emmerson Mnangagwa's loyalists have praised his leadership under the banner of "No Zimbabwean Left Behind: The People-Centered Vision," despite growing public concerns over widespread poverty and economic hardship.
Supporter Derick Goto took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to commend Mnangagwa's recent initiatives, describing them as tangible steps toward inclusive national development.
"Mnangagwa has once again proven that his leadership is not about promises but about results," Goto posted.
He cited several government programmes rolled out in recent weeks, including the distribution of over 100 tractors to war veterans - a move he said empowers them to contribute to agricultural productivity while honouring their legacy.
"This was not just a symbolic gesture of respect for their sacrifice; it was a practical step to put tools of productivity in their hands," Goto said.
He also highlighted the handover of more than 100 vehicles to the Zimbabwe Defence Forces on September 29, describing it as a boost to national security and morale.
"This strengthens the army's logistical capacity and stands as proof that those who defend the nation's sovereignty will not be neglected," he said.
Goto further praised the Presidential Borehole Drilling Scheme, which he said is transforming lives in rural and peri-urban communities by providing access to clean water.
"By giving communities direct access to safe, clean water, the scheme is addressing public health, easing daily burdens, and restoring dignity - especially for women and children who have long walked miles to fetch water," he said.
He concluded that these efforts reflect a leadership philosophy rooted in compassion and practical delivery.
"Whether it is agriculture, defence, or access to water, the message is clear: no Zimbabwean will be left behind on the journey to Vision 2030," Goto said.
However, critics argue that such praise overlooks the lived realities of many Zimbabweans who continue to face economic hardship, unemployment, and service delivery challenges.
