Man rapes daughter's friend 6 times in one night

A 39-year-old Mbare man has been arraigned to court facing allegations of raping his daughter's friend six times in one night!
Maxwell Tembo of National (Mbare), who will go for trial on 18 June, was not asked to plead to the rape charges when he appeared before Harare magistrate Don Ndirowei last week.
State led by prosecutor Junior Mugebe alleges that on 19 May around 8pm, Maxwell met the complainant at Matererini Flats where the victim was standing. he asked her to accompany him to Nenyere Flats.
Suggestions are that the complainant then agreed and when they got to the house, the man asked her to get into the house and she refused but he then threatened to stab her with a knife if she refused to get into the house.
Reports are that when she got into the house, Maxwell dragged her onto the floor and he forcibly undressed her. He went on top of her and raped her four times and after he finished deflowering her, he threatened her against revealing her ordeal to anyone saying he would kill her.
On the same night around 10pm, Maxwell again ordered the girl to accompany him to Mbare National where he also raped her two more times. The girl is said to have spent the whole night at Maxwell's house and in the morning she went to her sister's friend's place in Tagarika Flats, before a rape report was lodged to the cops leading to Maxwell's arrest.
