MDC-T provincial chair wants Tsvangirai charged

Opposition MDC-T Manicaland provincial chairperson, Julius Magarangoma has questioned the party's rationale in charging him and not president Morgan Tsvangirai.
Magarangoma demanded a litany of things including minutes of meetings that decided on his suspension.
Magarangoma is one of at least eight chairpersons suspended by the MDC-T on allegations that they either brought the party's name into disrepute because of comments made on social media, or because they are accused of sympathising with expelled deputy treasurer-general, Elton Mangoma, who is fronting a group agitating for leadership renewal.
Meanwhile, the MDC-T is on fire in Masvingo as officials in the faction riddled provincial executive trade accusations of trying to topple party leader Morgan Tsvangirai among many issues.
Some executives' members loyal to Tsvangirai on Sunday held a meeting where those aligned to expel deputy treasurer-general Elton Mangoma allegedly boycotted.
Tsvangirai's sympathisers resolved to take over the party safe house in Masvingo's low density suburb of Rhodene and accused provincial chairman Wilstuff Sitemere and provincial secretary Tongai Matutu of failing to convene a single meeting after the party's dismal performance in the general elections last year.
