Three suspected MDC-T supporters, who were accused of petrol-bombing former Zanu-PF Harare Youth League chair, Godwin Gomwe's house in Budiriro 5B, were yesterday set free.
Tendai Muchekahanzu (38), Stephen Dalaina (26) and Victor Munhuwani (36) were removed from remand at the instance of the State.
Allegations were that on April 25 this year, in the early hours of the morning, the trio, in the company of others, went to Gomwe's house and gained entry into the premises.
It was alleged that two of the three threw petrol bombs aimed at Gomwe's dining room, but the bombs failed to explode.
