The MDC -T senior member Job Sikhala has described the move by Zanu-PF MP for Buhera South Joseph Chinotimba to demand payment from the late MDC -T Nkulumane MP Thamsanqa Mahlangu even when already dead as retrogressive and a joke which people must never laugh about describing the legislator as portraying actions of a  madman.

"There are times when people laugh when a madman make silly jokes. Some jokes are humorous and some are not amusing at all. We tend to allow our sense of laughter overtake everything," said Sikhala.

"There is nothing funny at all about Joseph Chinotimba's publicity seeking stunt in today's newspaper. He claims to have send a $500 compensation demand to the grieving Mahlangu's family for a purported stolen Nokia 510 cellular phone. Chinotimba was always in Parliament with the later Hon Member of Parliament since 2013."

Sikhala said didn't he (Chinotimba) have time and the temerity to ask him whenever they met?

"Does he think it is heroism to decapitate an individual in death? Tinyareiwo bamboo imi. Ukasekerera benzi rinoitira tsvina muchikafu chaunodya. Kurai vakuru imi musazofamba muchiti vana Job Sikhala havana mumukanwa," he said.
