Cop snatches baby as father fails to pay traffic fine

A traffic cop allegedly snatched a baby from the arms of a woman (mother) after the father allegedly failed to pay a traffic fine.

Photos of the cop trying to flee with the baby have been posted online.

It is unclear which part of Zimbabwe this incident happened
