MDC's response to Tsvangirai's claims to having brought devolution

It is common knowledge that MDC led by Professor Welshman Ncube is the only political party in the Government of National Unity that has always stood true and fought for devolution of power and taken brickbats for it, while Morgan Tsvangirai and his mates in Zanu-PF shared a common belief that devolution was secession.
Tsvangirai stood in the City Hall in Bulawayo in October last year and declared his mistrust for devolution, saying that it would divide the country. For him to stand in the very same City Hall like he did today and claim that it was his party that spoke for devolution in the constitution is preposterous. He cannot now turn around and claim to be true to a cause which he was skeptical about just a year ago.
Clearly these statements by Tsvangirai show that he is a double faced, individual who takes the people of Matabeleland for granted because he chooses to lie in their faces and only speaks about devolution when he is in Matabeleland, but we know that when he is behind closed doors with Mugabe he is as opposed to devolution as him. In fact that is why both of them had a consensus to try and exclude Professor Welshman Ncube from discussions on the new constitution because they wanted to block him and his unflinching position on devolution.
Now the time has come for the people of Matabeleland to punish Tsvangirai and President Mugabe as a collective by not voting for them in the next election.
