Econet must stop robbing us

Today at 08:54 I bought data bundles worth $1-250MB. I only uses them to open my emails, Facebook and WatsApp.
I always buy these daily data bundles and download lots of videos but could not finish them.
How come today they get axhausted within 7 hrs.
I feel that robbed by econet. I'm therefore kindly asking econet to refund me or else give me an explanation on what happened to my data bundles.
Below is the transaction I have done today.
"You have successfully purchased the USD 1-250MB+250MB WIFI bundle. Expiry Date - 2018-04-20 08:54:01. Your main account balance - USD1.0E-4
At around 1500hrs i received this message, "Please note that you have exhausted your Data Daily Bundle 250MB . To continue enjoying low tariffs, kindly purchase more bundles on *143#"
