The Higher Education Examinations Council results for the November 2012 examinations are out.
In a statement the Permanent Secretary for Higher and Tertiary Education, Dr Washington Mbizvo, paid tribute to stakeholders saying their contribution has resulted in the achievement of a 78 percent pass rate.
Dr Mbizvo advised regional co-ordinating institutions to collect the results from the respective regions from head office with immediate effect.
