PRESIDENT Robert Mugabe on yesterday (Tuesday) told mourners at the burial of his sister, Bridgette in Zvimba that "there was a good life in Bulawayo with beautiful Ndebele girls and our father had taken one."

Is this Mugabe's way of appeasing the Ndebele over ills, eg Gukurahundi?
