Chinamasa only sane minister in Zimbabwe--MDC-T

An MDC-T legislator has described Finance minister Patrick Chinamasa as the only "sane" minister in President Robert Mugabe's bloated cabinet.
"He is so good, he is the only minister who does not have Zanu PF DNA" Binga North MP, Prince Dubeko Sibanda said in parliament on Tuesday.
That was after Chinamasa shelved the 15 % VAT imposed on several products that include offals.
"The steps taken by Chinamasa are good because the goods were basic necessities for Zimbabweans and the impact of taxing them is huge in terms of the cost of living".
Last week, Chinamasa admitted an error in university budget allocations a move that was commended by High Education Minister Jonathan Moyo.
