Woman head-butts dad, charges lover $9000 commitment fee

A Bulawayo woman, Antoinette Dube aged 31 head butted her father for rebuking her after she demanded $9 000 from her lover as 'commitment fee'.
Antoinette who resides in Woodville had a fist fight with Mqhalisi Dube after he was shocked to receive a team sent by her daughters' lover, Musa Mhlanga who intended to negotiate a cut.
"Antoinette told her boyfriend to produce $9000 to show that he was serious about marrying her.
"The boyfriend failed to do that and he was told to get lost," B-Metro reported Friday quoting Dube
"Last week Mhlanga's relatives visited me and reported that Antoinette wanted to see $9000 as commitment fee from Musa."
However, Antoinette said her dad is in a habit of interfering in her affairs.
"How can I let a man who peeps through the key hole of my bedroom door to check whether am sleeping with a man in my room?" she asked.
"How can he be trusted as a father worth charging the appropriate value of my bride prize. I find it better to do it myself."
