Chiredzi 'rapist' leaves semen on victim’s thighs

A Chiredzi man ejaculated on the thighs of 60-year-old woman after he allegedly failed to rape the complainant.
Masvingo Mirror reported that Polite Makajani (24) of Lisenga village under Chief Tshovani appeared before Magistrate Tafadzwa Mhlanga on Saturday. He faced a charge of attempted rape.
The incident happened last Thursday.
Doubt Phiri appearing for the State told the court that the complainant went to the field where she was looking for okra when Makajani followed her, grabbed her by the neck and pulled her down.
He removed the woman's pants and tried to rape her but the woman resisted and overpowered the accused in the process. Makajani was so expecting that he ejaculated on the complainant's thighs.
Magistrate Mhlanga remanded Makajani in custody to June 20, 2016.
