The High Court has granted Neville Mutsvangwa and his accomplices bail set at US$1000 each after spending three weeks in remand prison.
The bail decision, issued by Judge Justice Rodgers Manyangadze, followed two postponements of the hearing.
As part of the bail conditions, Judge Manyangadze ordered the 44-year-old Mutsvangwa to surrender his passport.
The judge also noted that the magistrate's initial refusal to grant bail had impeded the fair trial of the accused.
