Six Zanu-PF illegal settlers fined

Six ZANU PF illegal settlers at plot number 32 Wendiri farm in Mvurwi Mashonaland Central province appeared before Guruve magistrate Antony Sanyatwi today (Friday).
The magistrate slapped them with $US50 fine each for refusing to vacate the premises.
According to the state Fanuel Mutereki (53), Edward Driver (54), Simon Chareka (62), Tapiwa Muvengwa (38) and Pachirera Stabile were ordered to vacate wendiri farm by the complaint who holds an offer letter of the land but they paid a deaf ear resulting in them facing the full wrath of law.
Apparently the six failed to pay the required US$50 fine each and were taken to Kachara prison in Guruve until they meet the required charge.
Meanwhile, these ZANU PF supporters told Bulawayo24.com that they have nowhere to go since they were left there by the former white owner in 2001 and were farm workers only to be evacuated this year.
