There was drama at Forester farm in Mvurwi Mashonaland Central when workers went riot against their two foremen accusing them of snatching their wives, armed police had to intervene this morning (Monday)

Eye witnesses allege the foremen Lazarous Luwo and his vice only identified as Guvheya are ill-treating workers  in numerous ways that include long working hours, snatching of  workers' wives during their absence and many more unethical means.

Armed Mvurwi police had to go with two trucks full of manpower to contain the commotion which they finally did since fear galvanised the workers upon seeing armed law enforcement agents with their dogs.

No arrest has been recorded as they agreed to go back to work after sensing danger from the police.

A source who spoke to Bulawayo24.com on condition of anonymity said the two foremen were served by the police since the farm workers dreaded police brutality.

"Tazongotyao hedu porisi nekuti yauya nembwa netsvimbo haaaaa porisi inorova baba asi isu tajamuka maforomani edu akutishungurudza pamwe nekurara nevakadzi vedu tisipo, haaaa hatichavada vaviri ava tazongo dzokawo hedu kubasa asi tichapamhazve chimurenga,"said the source.
