Prophet Makandiwa's church convention opens today

United Family International Church will today be holding its annual conference dubbed Word Convention 2013 at their newly-acquired site in Chitungwiza.
The convention will be graced by Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa's mentor and spiritual father, Prophet Victor Kusi Boateng of Word Chapel, United Kingdom.
Speaking during last Sunday service, the UFIC founder, Prophet Makandiwa said during the convention, "as the Word shall be spoken, instantly God will bring it into action, the Word shall be instantly transformed into flesh"
Prophet Uebert Angel of Spirit Embassy and Apostle Bwutawashe of Heartfelt International Ministiries are among guests invited to the historic word convention set up for Chitungwiza.
The four-day Christian convention is set to run from today 5pm till late hours up until Sunday, where there shall be a morning church conference.
Prophet Makandiwa is synonymous with miracles, signs and wonders that have caused a stir in and around Zimbabwe.
According to a UFIC official, the last Chitungwiza convention had a record 35 000 congregants.
