Nothing amiss on Mugabe's description of Mutasa

The testing of President Robert Mugabe's political acumen by desperately spinning his speech in a bid to buy sympathy for Didymus Mutasa who is faced with the ignominy of political obscurity is just but a wild goose chase.
The ousted secretary for administration Didymus Mutasa is literary reliving and revoking the sad memories of the sell out Morrison Nyathi who orchestrated the Nyadzonya massacre. Mutasa popularly referred to as Nyathi and Morrison fell by the side way for the same reason of letting their selfish ambitions and ego overtake national responsibility. Indeed it is true that, everything that has its genesis in anger and self conceit usually ends in shame and disgrace.
The sooner Mutasa had learnt that, the more were his chances of saving his skin and face from the spot on and accurate description of his person by President Mugabe. To say the least, the President took nothing from Mutasa but just called a spade a spade.
Mutasa is pregnant of unguided pride and arrogance of elephantine proportion. He unwittingly overestimated his influence and foolishly sought audience from SADC as an individual, a board which is seized with addressing nations' issues. In my opinion that is insanity at its highest level.
His character is thus nothing less than that of a stubborn ass as evidenced by his snubbing of the ZANU PF congress while crafting his defense from documents he stole from ZANU PF leaving a trail of evidence pointing at him beyond any reasonable doubt.
In 2010, he once teamed up with the then MDC T core Minister of Home Affairs Theresa Makone and demanded the release of his son Martin Mutasa and Themba Mliswa from Mbare's Matapi Police Station literary defeating the course of justice.
This closeness to Makone again confirms the alleged spy character Mutasa has since the Rhodesian times. Mutasa once plunged the nation in shame when he presided over the dubious diesel dripping mountain in Chinhoyi against all odds. Despite all the advice, he arrogantly proceeded with the project and extravagantly rewarded the fake sangoma, in whom he saw a chance of decorating his political curriculum vitae. It is in light of this dubious character that President Mugabe applied similes to articulate Mutasa's behaviour which some overzealous writers literary and deliberately translated into a version which is at variance with what the President meant.
To then have a delusional Alex Magaisa, former Morgan Tsvangirai's advisor crying more than the bereaved and clinging on to a sinking ship adds drama to the political circus.
After failing to address the verbal diarrhoea which reined havoc in the then MDC T camp where Tsvangirai and Tendai Biti literary took turns to churn out obscenities in the public, he has the guts to question President Mugabe's statesmanship.
The crocodile tears and shameless hullabaloo are indexical to a desperate attempt towards political relevance by this failed MDC T advisor which categorically justifies their loss in the 2013 harmonised elections.
It is however interesting to note the plurality of foolishness in opposition politics where they have gone desperate to the extent of focusing on the president's speeches rather than espousing competitive and developmental strategies. This follows the sensationalism of the ‘Pasi ne ZANU PF' slip of a tongue which virtually yielded nothing.
Zimbabwe needs strategists' not political literature amateurs to stir the fortunes of the nation around. Let us not dwell on trivialities and focus on building a better Zimbabwe.
