After a weekend's break on Bulawayo Metropolitan Province Junior league fixtures, a fight for honours in the provincial Serie A league resumes with champions elect in all age groups Highlanders Academy visiting fast improving and un-predictable F.M.H Academy at the Municipals grounds in Famona on Saturday. This will be a tricky fixture for Bosso as F.M.H Academy can fell any giant anytime on a good day. A humdinger of a match is expected in the Under-18s where F.M.H boast one Bright "Nyonyo" Dzowa whose cultured left foot is a joy to watch. Bosso will look up to Lucky Ndlela and Mgcini Sibanda to carry their championship hope.

Bosso who have been magnificent this season need to guard against complacency if they are to rap-up their championship aspirations. Another exciting battle will be between relegation threatened duo of Chicken Inn and Amalanda F.C at Luveve High School. The two sides are battling it out in the dreaded relegation zone that will see the unfortunate side being relegated to the un-fashionable Serie B Pool A and B. That alone will spur both sides to produce top of the range football to remain in the competitive Serie A.

Blundering Ajax Hotspurs who had the best averages last season and were again in contention to win all the age group leagues this season take on fast improving BSE Academy who are also in a dog-fight against relegation. That alone presents a tricky fixture for Hotspurs whose under 16s are in a duel in the championship race against Highlanders Academy.

Last season's trailblazing Bantu Rovers who won the Under 14s and 18s Championships take on Sakhelene Nxumalo's Pumula East Academy at Crescent grounds. East Academy who produced Zimbabwe Under 15 youth international Mcedisi Gumede who has since been snapped up by Highlanders have lacked experience to last the distance in this competitive Serie A league but should be commended for fair-play which they have practised with distinction.

In Serie B Pool A Lee Mangena's Street Set take on Champions elect Otrick Spares side in a derby of locations Nketa vs Nkulumane. Mangena declared war on Otrick in what is predictable going to be an ill-tempered affair as both sides seek honours. M.K Lions take on Ihlathi High School Academy as Santos host Flame Stars at Mambo grounds in Tshabalala.

In Serie B Pool B Amini -Soma Phiri's Luveve Big X1 host Iminyela Stars from Bulawayo's sprawling surbub of Iminyela/Number One which has produced Boy Ndlovu, Mandla Balanda and his late brother Clement who unfortunately passed on from injuries sustained in a car accident in South Africa two weeks ago.
