DYNAMOS striker Ntouba Epoupa is back in the country but unlikely to feature against FC Platinum at Mandava today.
Ntouba, who has been the leading light at DeMbare, had gone back to Cameroon to sort out his passport.
He was initially expected to arrive in Harare early morning yesterday, giving him a chance to travel with the team to Zvishavane.
By the time he arrived in the afternoon, the team had already left and chances were that he would follow but with no guarantee of being included in the team.
"The technical team said they had planned without him so he is out of their plans. But he has since arrived this afternoon though the team left in the morning. If he is not very tired he could travel to watch the game," said club president Kenny Mubaiwa.
The player's manager Gilbert Sengwe said it was important for the player to make the trip.
"He definitely needed to go back and sort out his passport. It was expiring in September so it was difficult for him to even go and fulfill trials in South Africa. In case the clubs are impressed, you need at least six valid months on your passport.
"Now everything is in order and it will now be up to Dynamos to allow him to travel for the trials. We will discuss with the club and reach an understanding on that matter," Sengwe said.
Ntouba is understood to be a target of South African sides Maritzburg United and Ajax Cape Town.
Today DeMbare are set to miss the striker greatly against an opponent that has done everything possible to try and turn around the second half of the season.
Ntouba has weighed in heavily in Dynamos' campaign this season, scoring goals that have contributed 10 points out of 30 collected in 15 games so far.
Without those 10 points Dynamos will be among the bottom nine teams, marking the importance of the strong Cameronian's striker.
Epoupa collected his first point for Dynamos in the 1-1 draw, a game he found his first league goal.
He then rescued Dynamos in a 1-0 win over Harare City to bring the number of points he earned with his goals to four.
Epoupa scored the winner in a 3-2 victory over Ngezi Platinum to make it seven points. The big striker also scored one of four goals in a 4-3 thriller against Bulawayo City.
He was also on target in the abandoned Highlanders game, with his controversial equaliser leading to disturbances at Barbourfields. His other goal in the league this season was against Chapungu in a match abandoned whilst they were leading 4-0.
Denver Mukamba's goals have earned Dynamos six points so far, Emmanuel Mandiranga's goals have contributed four points while striker Quality Kangadze ensured four points with his goals.
