Miner lays contempt of court charge against Nyambirai - clarification

Last week we published an article regarding a Goromonzi miner Phillip Makanya who had allegedly petitioned the High Court to charge businessman Tawanda Nyambirai with contempt of court for ignoring a court order barring him from interfering with his mining activities.
Nyambirai's lawyers wrote us a letter clarifying the matter.
