UZ student peeps at bathing female students

A 24 year old University of Zimbabwe student - Frank Mubayiwa reportedly developed a Peeping Tom syndrome as he usually sneaked into the female dormitories and peep at female students as they bathed.
He is now being charged with disorderly conduct.
He peeped at two female's on separate occasions.
In court he denied the charges saying he mistakenly entered the female's bathrooms when he wanted to relieve himself.
Through his lawyer, he said "He went to Carr Saunders Hostel to buy food. We went upstairs to relieve himself as he observed that the bathrooms downstairs were messed.
"At all material times, he believed that Carr Saunders was a male residence hence the use of the bathrooms there.
"He denies ever peeping at the complainant but simply used the toilet and it was at the time that he was washing his hands that complainant observed him and screamed".
The incident happened on 5 March around 3 pm when his victim, a 22 year old spotted him.
She told a caretaker leading to Mubayiwa's arrest.
