Corruption has become endemic a pandemic

28 Jul 2019 at 17:58hrs | Views
My memory is either clouded or crowded, maybe erasing some irrelevant stuff would help.

This Hon. Minister of Labour and Social Welfare whose name keep popping up in the NSSA saga, was she not appointed to the post recently? Did she come with hands raised ready to pounce on NSSA funds as well, I 'refuse' to believe it, what cheek? Was the NSSA cheque book kept at reception, my foot!

The tragedy here is that NSSA pensioners are destitute, getting a paltry eighty RTGS per month 'is that doing'? If the allegations are true, then its becoming a comedy of thefts. So no one can dispute that NSSA can afford to pay a living monthly payout to the poor pensioners.

Forget the actuarial scientists, figures of monies doing the rounds in wrong hands is enough testimony and proof of a very liquid entity. Corruption is indeed endemic a pandemic, what other names are coming up?

Kudos to His Excellency for setting up structures to fight corruption.

A journey of a thousand kilometres starts with a step, its a good beginning. Zero tolerance to corruption.

I have always admired Hon. Dr S Nzenza, her down to earth personality and rural based childhood have always portrayed a woman of integrity. Indeed money is the root of all evil, note, money is not evil but the root. Avarice is pulling down otherwise would be great leaders.

The cleansing must continue unabated, Zimbabwe can rise again. None but ourselves, Wafawarova would say.
