Bulawayo girl set for e-tv Scandal soapie role

Little known Bulawayo model Angela Thulie is set for a role in South Africa's popular soapie - Scandal.
She will rub shoulders with world renown Sello Maake ka Mncube.
The 25 year old landed the role through her photogenic looks after spotted by one of the soapie directors at a function to celebrate 1500 episodes.
Thuli would first feature as an extra, a cleaner to be precise and then a regular afterwards.
"It's a future scene and it has not appeared on screen yet," she said.
She would become one of the few Zimbabweans to make a break into international showbiz.
Thuli who currently works for a delivery firm in South Africa hopes to take up acting as a full time.
She has previously modeled for Miss Rainbow, Miss Hospitality Zimbabwe and Intwasa Arts festival.
Scandal is e-tv's prime time show which revolves around the lives of the people involved in the - newly refurbish - Jozi media house, NZH: the company that produces the gritty weekly newspaper, The Voice, and gloss-glam, celeb mag, Scandal!
