National People's Party spokesperson Methuseli Moyo has said he wished that the new president Emmerson Mnangagwa would as soon as possible address the Gukurahundi issue.
In his inaugural speech Mnangagwa never talked abut the genocide much to the dissatisfaction of many people from Matabeleland region.
"GOOD speech there by president Emmerson Mnangagwa. I hope he will have courage or heart to say something about Gukurahundi one day.
"The genocide is the ugliest dot in the life of Zimbabwe, and needs attention.
"Restorative justice will help to soothe the hearts of the victims and survivors, and allow the bones to rest in peace, and his conscience to relax, unless if he does not have one," Moyo said.
