The Minister of State for Mashonaland Central Province, Advocate Martin Dinha has implored heads of departments to adopt a paradigm shift in executing their duties to catch up with targets set under the government 100 day programme.

The 100 days programme set out by the President Emmerson Mnangagwa has cultivated a different work ethic at state institutions with heads of provincial departments working hard to keep pace.

This emerged at a provincial meeting of heads of state departments in Mashonaland Central Province where Advocate Dinha called for a paradigm shift to ensure targets are achieved.

Bindura University of Science and Education Professor, Eddie Mwenje said there is need for a different work ethic to ensure the turnaround of economic fortunes.

The meeting was organised to get an update and encourage each other to work extra hard to match demands from President Mnangagwa's administration which is results driven.
