WATCH: Transport Minister joins in fight to curb road carnage

Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development, Felix Tapiwa Mhona has appeared in a video putting up a speed limit road sign together with his work party.

This follows a shocking total of over 42 recorded road accidents in the Rusape-Nyanga highway since January this year.
