Controversial Zimbabwe

In Zimbabwe, the use of live bullets to kill civilians is according to our Army General 'an appropriate force'.
This is the minimum best option available in Zimbabwe to maintain order, 'to kill' even the killing of people doing shopping and some on their way from work? To you Army General a person's life does not value that much. Unarmed civilians demonstrating can become a gunner's target, get killed even if they pose no threat to state's integrity.
And to the ZRP Boss I am surprised to hear you saying there is no evidence of soldiers killing civilians in Zimbabwe. Are you sure? The killing that was broadcast live on every news channel of this world don't provide enough evidence of who shot. So how can you as police officer do investigate most complicated cases? You are making our justice system a mockery.
Even our highest court in the land needed evidence when they were given something more than evidence. How can our justice system and law enforcement agents be led by such people like these. Army and police should be headed by people who are innovative and of sound judgement, whose perception of events are in the best interest of the nation.
This makes all normal Zimbabweans not to take this commission of inquiry seriously.
