Edgars rescue family of three living with disabilities

A Bulawayo family of three living with disability has received donation worth R6000 from Edgars Zimbabwe.
The clothing retail outlet donated a Gas Popcon Machine Value R6000.

The cart has gas cylinder, gas regulator, popcorn packaging and spices.
John Munetsi Jemwa who once wrote to Bulawayo24 last year seeking project assistance said: "Edgars Zimbabwe Donated us a Gas Popcon Machine Value R6000. The machine is Still in South Africa yet to be collected. "
"We are now looking for assistance of $700 or R9800 to purchase the remaining equipment which is a Gas Cylinder R1000.
"Machine Cart to carry the Glass machine around R2600, Popcorn Packaging and spices R3700 and Bus fare transport plus machine carriage to collect the machine from Johannesburg R2500"
A few years ago, Jemwa appealed for assistance for $2 900 to pay the Bulawayo City Council for a housing stand it was allocated in Luveve.
His wife Vimbai has muscular dystrophy and their daughter visually impaired.
At the time of the appeal, Jemwa said his family made ends meet through vending.
