Generations actor latest victim of theft on set

Generations actor Thami Mngqolo, who plays Senzo Dlomo is the latest victim of theft on the soap set.
 
Thami's iPad and lunch box were reportedly stolen from his changing room.
 
According to crew members, Thami was busy filming his scenes when thieves sneaked into his changing room.
 
"Thami left his change room unlocked and went upstairs for the shoot. He normally leaves his room without locking it as he believes no one would have the guts to steal from him," said the source.
 
Another crew member, who works in the make-up department, revealed that Thami went back to his room to eat but his lunch was gone.
 
"He became angry and started shouting that his iPad and food had grown feet.
 
"He asked around if there was anyone who might have seen people going into his change room.
 
"No one provided him with answers and he lost his cool."
 
"A search for the missing food and the gadget was conducted - where dustbins were turned upside down," said another crew member.
 
But the stuff was never found.

Generations boss, Mfundi Vundla, instituted an investigation after there were reports of thefts on set.
