Highlanders new striker, Roderick Mutuma is still waiting his  signing-on-fees amid reports that a businessman who promised to pay is playing 'hide and seek'.
Former policeman, Longwe Ndlovu pledged to pay Mutuma's signing on fees and a $300 mobile phone.
Highlanders pays Mutuma $500 per month and Ndlovu is meant to chip in with $200.
Mutuma's agent, Carlos Tavengwa is a frustrated man.
"Everytime we phone Ndlovu he says he is in a meeting and promises to get back to us but he never does" Tavengwa told B-Metro.
"The signing on fee was supposed to be paid soon after the deal was concluded but nothing has been paid up to now".
Mutuma signed on February 21.
However, Ndlovu has a different take on the saga.
"They (Mutuma camp) said the player's contract officially starts on 17 March and we agreed that i will pay the signing on fee at the end of this month.
" It's malicious to claim that i am giving them the run-around".
Mutuma is supposed to receive a total of $4000 with Highlanders set to pay him $1000 and Ndlovu is meant to pay the balance.
