Aspiring Kwekwe central member of Parliament Kandros Mugabe said he is prepared to face his rival Energy Ncube (Dhala)and win election.
Speaking to Bulawayo24.com Mugabe said, "I am prepared to face Dhala and win this election, the only way we can achieve unity in the party is through the holding of primary elections to end this deadlock which has divided our party.
If the division continue to remain it will be very difficult for Kwekwe district coordinating committee (DCC) to achieve the 5 million votes for our President.
An attempt to come up with a sole candidate last year could not pass through after Dhala's supporters turned violent and the election was aborted.
The Kwekwe central seat fell vacant following the passing of National Patriotic front legislator Masango Matambanadzo last year.
