Bulawayo police and the City of Bulawayo police enforcement unit launched an unprecedented joint operation to clean the City of Bulawayo through removing illegal vendors at the market place and around the Central Business District.
The President of Zimbabwe Vendors Association Trust Mzingaye Ncube said the move was welcome as it created a smart city.
The operation is set to continue in the coming weeks and months.
