Boy (10) struck dead by lighting

A bolt of lightning killed a 10 year old Guruve boy who was playing with his two friends in an apple tree on Tuesday.
Acting Mashonaland Central police spokesperson Sergeant Major Samuel Chikasha confirmed the tragid.
"I can confirm a sudden death case in Guruve where a 10 year old boy Teddy Majara was struck by a bolt of lightning and he died on the spot," Chikasha said.
Allegations are that the now deceased Majara was playing with his two friends and decided to climb an apple tree.
Two of the friends climbed down after seeing their friend's bidy hanging on a tree branch.
The body of the deceased was retrieved by a neighbour Blessing Siopa (32).
Police urged parents and guardians to be on the look out of their children especially during this rainy season.
